DEPOSITS:
A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon booking to confirm your appointment, and will be applied to your service. All deposits are subject to our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits are non-refundable. A minimum 48 hours notice is required when rescheduling your appointment. If you arrive late, no-show, or reschedule within less than 48 hours of your appointment time, deposits will be forfeited. Please be on time. If you do not arrive or notify us within 15 minutes of your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and deposits will be forfeited.
NO GUESTS PLEASE:
Cosmetic tattooing is a very detailed and focused procedure. In order to minimize distractions, please don't bring guests to your procedure. This includes children, spouses, friends, & pets. COVID UPDATE: No guests other than the client is allowed in the treatment room.
CREDIT CARDS:
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App are preferred. Cards are accepted a a convenience fee.
TOUCH-UPS:
The first touch up session must be scheduled after 6 weeks following your first session. This perfection session is crucial for the best results. Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly.
FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURNING CLIENTS:
Priority booking will always be given to our return clients. If you are a return client and you need a touch up, simply email [email protected] or text/call (562) 888-9876
EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval ([email protected]) BEFORE your appointment booking.
GRATUITIES
They are not necessary but greatly appreciated! Taking the time to leave a Google and Yelp review to show your appreciation works as well!
IMPORTANT FOR ALL MICROBLADING CLIENTS:
Microblading is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions are crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
